Viewer for PRN files without re-printing docs

I know how to print saved docs in the Printer Queue and when docs are saved
as PRN. Basically, we want to be able to go into the Printer Queue folder
(START > Settings > Printers > printer) and view what's saved.

Is this possible?

It would depend on the printer mfr to furnish a compatable viewer for most
printers.
If the PRN file is an ascii file from a general text printer driver, or a
postscript file, there may be a way to view it using notepad for the ascii
file, or a postscript viewer for the postscript file..
So, the general statement would be no, you cannot view a PRN file and expect
to see a document in anything like it's printed form.
