Video editing

Hi,
I wish to do Video frame-by-frame editing using Movie Maker 2 if it is possible or any other product? Has anybody done it with
success? Any respond appreciated.
 
I've done it lots of times with MM1 which is a 30 fps project editing environment versus the 15 fps of MM2....

You can run both MM1 and MM2 (2.0 or 2.1) together, and do the precision editing in MM1.
