video driver failed to initialized

I started in safe mode because I received a stop error message trying to
install anti-virus software. Now in safe mode I get a memory dump error
message video driver failed to initialize;Err Msg: Stop 0x000000B4 The Video
Driver Failed to Initialize. I am using Windows XP. If I can't start up in
safe mode, to resolve the issue; then what can I do?

Which a/v are you trying to install ?
 
Trying to install McAfee upgrade.

Just a suggestion - install Avast ( free ) and see which one you
prefer . ( you can install more than one , providing you only run one
at a time )
