Hi for all.
I by Laptop Toshiba p105-s6157 and install windows xp with sp2 all device
work now, but when I try to put in Hibernate I get Stop Kernel error, and
dump file is created.

How to I resolve this problem ?

A Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

If this is the first time you´ve seen this Stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appers againa, follow
these steps:

Check to be sure you have adeqate disk space. If a driver is
identified in teh Stop message, disable the driver or check
with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video
adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable
BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need
to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your
computer, pres F8 to elect Advanced Startup Options, and then
select Safe Mode.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000008E (0xc0000005, 0xA848D3B8, 0xBA1A70AC, 0X00000000)

*** HSX_CNXT.SYS - Address A848D3B8 base at A83E9000, DateStamp 452acad6

Beginning dump of phiscal memory
Phisical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or tecnical support group for further

First two references which are helpful when troubleshooting Hibernate and
Standby issues in general:

Microsoft article "How to troubleshoot hibernation and standby issues in
Windows XP:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907477/en-us

From Kellys-Korner, "Standby & Hibernate Issues in Windows XP":
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_standby.htm

Two articles covering the BSOD stop code 0x0000008E:

"Driver Development Tools Bug Check 0x8E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED":
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/ms794023.aspx

James A. Eshelman site "Troubleshooting Windows Stop Messages":
http://aumha.org/a/stop.htm

As you see from the Microsoft article addressing the stop code, and on the
Blue Screen, are quite a few possible causes listed for the problem, however
is the *** HSX_CNXT.SYS - in your case pointing towards the SoftK56 Modem
Driver driver being the culprit. And recommended resolution in the article
is: "If a driver is listed by name within the bug check message, disable or
remove that driver.". Presumably is such a modem installed and most likely is
its driver causing a memory conflict.

To "find" the modem: Go to the Device Manager, either by: Start\Run then
type devmgmt.msc and click OK
or
right click My Computer and select Properties the the Hardware tab and
Device Manager.

Open (if not already -) the tree listing the devices, click Modems and
presumably is a modem called something like SoftK56 Modem listed there. Right
click and select Properties. There should be several "tabs" and among them
two of particular interest to your problem: Driver and Power. Check the Power
options first, and see if it calls for any changes. The Driver menu leaves
you a few options, one of which is for update of the driver. Drivers in
general should always be updated from the manufacturer, in this case Conexant.
