0x000000B4 The Video Driver Failed to Initialize " (Even in safe-mode)

Hi all,
I get Stop "0x000000B4 The Video Driver Failed to Initialize "and
cannot
start Win2k at all...!
I found in a support site that I need to change I/O address for the
parallell port (did this in the BIOS). Didnt work
Tried to disable the parallell port - no luck that way either...

I can't even start Win2k in Safe Mode. Get the "Stop 0x000000B4 The
Video
Driver Failed to Initialize" even then...??!!?!?!?!

I saw a similar posting but it was old and there was no responses so I
thought I'd renew the request :)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
