Video clip playback issue

My wife has a problem with her account in MSN. She can't play any video
clips. When I login to windows using her ID and then use my ID to log into
MSN I can't play them either. If we login to windows using my account and
then login to MSN both of us can play video clips. Any suggestions on what
the problem is? Both of us have the same account privileges in windows
(Administrator). Because we can play video's under my XP account it seems
like its a windows issue and not a MSN issue (but I could be wrong).
