Yet another Admin account question

Running WinXP Media Center 2003.

I just set up wife (Phyllis) on a new admin account.

Prior to this mine was the only account as administrator.

When restarting machine after making Phyllis an account as admin, there is
'no' choice of login as her name does not appear for selection. My Name is
the only one that appears for login.

Would some kind person or persons please get me on track with this issue?

Will be moving this machine to Phyllis's desk for her use.

Try Power Toy's Tweak UI from Microsoft:

Install, run and under Logon you will find check boxes to select the
accounts you want displayed.

JS, Thanks for the feed back but there are no check boxes under logon other
than the single box for administrator.

Perhaps the new account did not take?

Note I did restart twice since setting up her account.

I just found that the below has occurred:

User Accounts
Client services for NetWare has disabled the Windows Welcome Screen.
To restore these features you must uninstall Client Services for Netware.

Now where, and what do I need to do, as our 'printer' is utilized by both
computers?

I'm not certain as to why you are using Client Service for Netware.
But if you are only using for sharing a printer then see the following:
