Video capture with Canon MV500i, probleme

Hello !

I have a digital video camcorder Canon MV500i, I connect it to my PC with a
IEEE 1394 port.
I can pilote it from Movie Maker (rewind,forward,stop) but when I want to
capture
a tape, an error-message appairs on the screen "error in initiazisation".

Can you help me ?
