Very Slow Shutdown

Hi,

The shutdown on my Windows XP Pro has become very
slow...it can take up to several minutes!

Any advice?

I had the same problem,in my case I had "clear paging files on
shutdown"enabled.
I found how to undo this with a registry edit from
www.kellys-korner.com
I tried just now to find it for you but couldn't. I don't know if that your
trouble or not but if you have the pagging file set to clear it may be.
