shutdown is slow

my shutdown takes way longer than usual. it takes like 5
minutes. i disable the windows exit sound and it still is
slow. what to do?

I have been posting about this for a couple of days, but
cant seem to get any help. My puter was shutting
down ok but suddenly this last week has gone realy slow,
shuts down ok but takes 5 mins. Joan let me know if
you get any answer Joan
