Verizon Fios

Verizon Fios was installed on my computer, the first day no problems. Two
days later, I can't read or respond to my e-mail from yahoo. The error
message that I am getting is that the document has been removed, click here,
therein lays the problem, I click on it & takes me back to my inbox, click on
inbox, goes back to document has been removed click here. Has anyone
experience this verizon. Oh & yes I did call they are very uncooperative, it
seems that they think it's a yahoo problem, can't be since I don't get the
same error message on another computer, it's either won't work with verizon
fios. Any help will greatly appreciated.

I find your problem description difficult to follow.
To begin with, which email program are you using?
What is the exact wording of the error message?
