Verisign Cancelled

I can't browse some sites because it says the site requires active x
controls and that Verisign Cancelled. It says to click the yellow bar (there
isn't one) and select "Install Active X" from drop down box (there isn't
one).. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? This happened after
downloading SP2...Thanks in advance

on your browser click on tools then choose internet options click on security
tab and click on custom level button. where it says automatic prompting for
activeX controls set that to disable. this should solve the problem.

I have tried that and it still goes to the page that tells me to click the
yellow bar that isn't there and to Install Active X Controls. Any other
ideas would be appreciated
