I cannot get the updates to go past the "Download" stage -
- they keep freezing -- 37 MB of them. Where or WHO can
I contact -- I bought the computer from BestBuy with XP
in it. Any ideas??? Thanks

Try one and one...that way you will know witch one of then that is
causing truble
