Utility to control dial up?

I access the internet through ISDN. I have a laptop which is my main
machine, networked to another machine which has the internet access.
Obviously the laptop initiates a dial-up on the access machine, but does
anyone know of a utility that will enable me to DISCONNECT the internet
connection from the laptop?

Hi,
What do you have under "Control Panel | Internet Options | Connections |
Settings | Advanced" on the access machine???

*Disconnect if idle for ? min.
*Disconnect when connection may no longer be needed
