using multiple monitors hurt my performance and gave me graphics i

i bought a pc to video component from grandtec inc. it is a plug and play
device. i plugged in and everything was fine ,it worked . now my pc games
wont run smoothly anymore even with plug and play disabled, or when
uninstalled. before i ever used multiple monitor function games ran
perfectly. i used function once ,now performance and graphics suck. i dont
want to use multiple monitor feature anymore .i want my games back and
running smoothly.i have windows xp media center edition ,amd processer,
bought october 2006. disabling through safe mode does not work. please help

You could always contact grandtec inc. and ask them how to uninstall the
product.

Have you tried updating your DirectX to the November re-distributable
version? It might help with your issue:
