Using IE 5.5, does 6 have a way to add toolbars?

5.5 doesn't. I asked over there and it was a complicated process to
get something that wasn't even what I needed.

I was wondering if v6 had a means to create additional toolbars just
like Word, Excel and other programs.

The method you found out for IE 5.5 is the same for IE 6.

Ah, darn, because that's not adding toolbars at all. Not the same
thing.

Ah well. Still looking for a 3rd party app, then.
