Users login to Win2000 terminal server and are immediately logged out

I am having this problem lately where my users are logging in to my
Windows 2000 TS and I see the splash screen for Windows 2000 server
logging in and loading personal settings. Then immediately after they
get logged in it logs them out and saves there settings. At first I
thought maybe it was a corrupt profile on the terminal server but now
it's happening to all me users. The weird thing is if they continue to
log in it will finally let them in. Has anyone run into this problem
before? Below ar my server specs:

Windows 2000 Server SP3 with all the patched pre SP4(I've heard SP4
causes problems with Citrix)
2 Gig RAM
120Gig HD space Raid 5
Duel Xeon Processors

I'm having the same problem. Just all of a sudden on Friday afternoon ppl, at first, the sessions were running really slow (for remote ppl - in-house ppl have no problem). I've checked everything from ISP to TS Client Licensing and cannot resolve the issue.

I've taken many tips from here about setting registry settings, update from SP2 to SP3 *and* the MS Technote hotfix for "TS slowness" and nothing is working.

If someone could just be very specific in some of their suggestions or maybe clues ??

Steve
