User's inbox not updating/refreshing until clicked

one of our users inbox does not refresh correctly.ie her
inbox (in folder bar) will show no new items but when she
clicks on her inbox 6 or so emails will arrive together.
These emails all have different times on them so it is not
coincidence! Is there a setting i can change or is this an
isolated bug. The user is using windows xp sp1 and outlook
2000 sp3. Any help would be appreciated.

Good day to you,
I have the same problem as described above but it is only
ONE person on a network of 20 people, can anyone else
shed any light on this subject as the fixes in the links
below do not work for me.
Many Thanks in Advance
Mark James
