User setting changed to default after reboot

Hi,
Most of my users having this problem, whenever they made changes to the
Wallpaper and etc, it wouldn't stay. Immediately after reboot and login into
domain, all settings are gone. Please help.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW

After that try to repair one of the profiles to see if it helps
