XP Pro reboots after login but only for one specific user

I have a PC on a domain. XP Pro SP3. Users login using their domain
account.
One user in particular started having this issue. It happens only to
this user. User logs in, environment is being loaded and then screen
goes black and PC is rebooting. If any other user tries to login, it
is successful with no noticeable symptoms.
Event log shows some issues with PolicyMaker Registry, RoxSniffer9 and
SentinelProtectionServer.
The strange thing is that this behavior is confined to one user.
Since the user in question had no data on the system, I deleted that
user's profile and user attempted to login again. The same behavior
resulted.
Any leads would be appreciated.
 
This happens even after creating a *new* profile for the user?
