User profiles and MSOutlook

I am setting up a new XPHome system and on a steep
learning curve re. users etc. on XP

I have installed MSOffice 2003 while in an XP
admin account "Robert Admin". However - I didn't
really mean to import the data for that account,
but meant to do the import while in another
account "Robert User" which is the one I intend to
use for general browsing and when I have finished
setting it all up I will remove admin priveliges
from it. I have repeated the data import while in
"Robert User" and that worked fine.

What is the safest easiest way of "removing" the
Outlook application folder entries for the data
which I didn't really want in "Robert Admin
account" so that Office programs entries disappear
from the "Robert Admin" account?

Easiest? Plain old delete, I would think. Delete whatever email made its
way into Outlook's Personal folders. If really picky, clear out the address
book and calendar as well. Then start working in Tools> Accounts to remove
the mail account info (or alter if that's more applicable). Compact the PST
and it should be minimal in size until when/if you want to use it.

More info:

If you installed Office/Outlook for all users on this machine, a folder for
each user was created under
...\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\<Office
component>
and
....\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\<Office component>

If not present, the folders will be created the first time the user
launches an Office program.

Robert Admin is an account so it will have its own set of folders. These
are skeletal until the user launches an Office app and starts setting their
own preferences, creating templates, receiving email or... importing data.
;)

By default, Outlook's PST for a particular user file will be found in their
Local Settings folders. Using Outlook, you could create a new and empty
PST. Open it with Outlook and then delete the old one if you don't feel
like cherry picking through the program's Personal Folders, Inbox and other
areas.
