user name to log on

i disabled the administrator account and the guest account and restarted the
computer, and now the log on screen is prompting me to click a user name- and
there is none! when i hit ctrl+alt+del, it brings me to a log on screen with
administrator as a user name, but there is no password and it says the
account has been disabled and contact the system administrator! how do i get
into windows now?

Did you set up another account BEFORE disabling the two accounts?
If so, type the name of that account at the login screen.
If not, you will need to perform a repair install to re-enable the accounts.
