User Accounts in XP Login Screen

I need help, really bad. I wanted to install a crack version of Object
Dock Plus. I had to change the SID to do so. After running the
Newsid.exe, I have lost my user accounts from the Windows XP login
screen. I am unable to access my account now.

I have tried to login through the administrator account using Ctrl+Alt
+Del on the login screen, but I have experienced no joy. I have also
tried to use safe mode, but to no avail.

I have tried to create a new administrative account - but when I get
to user accounts I get a message that says - "cells.item(...)" is null
or not an object. I am therefore unable to create a new administrative
account.

Kindly assist me, this is my work machine and I am in serious trouble
in the office.

Dear Andrew,

Can you please guide me about how to create an administrator account,
so that I can access my files. At the moment it doesn't allow me to
create any user accounts.
