Cannot Log On To Windows XP....Please Help

I removed a "user" from my computer and rebooted. The
screen asks me to choose an account o log on with, but
there are no choices. If i hit ctrl+alt+del i am prompted
with a username and password. I dont know what to put in
since the only two accounts are the administrator's and
the guest's....neither are password enabled.

just try the safe mode booting pressing F8 key while rebooting!
