user Name and Password

When I open my windows mail, its asking me for my username and password, my
original account is with cox, and when I go to there webmail site now, its
says my account does not exist. Been useing this account for months. I can go
to accounts and see all my info, yet it still wont exept my username and
password.
 
You are going to have to contact Cox and resolve your username problem.
