user can't send email in OWA

I have one user who is unable to send new email via our
Outlook Web Access. If he attempts to reply to an email,
it sits in his "drafts" folder and does not get sent.
This saved copy only contains an "In-Text" attachment of
the email that he is replying to. No error messages pop-
up.

This is only a problem when the user is off site. When
he's attached to the LAN, it works without problems. The
installed copy of Outlook 2002 on his computer also
functions properly.

Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated.

Ask in an Exchange newsgroup as OWA is part of Exchange not Outlook
