User can't reply to emails in OWA - popup screen is blank

Hi, I have a user who can reply to messages using Outlook OK but not using OWA
She's on an Acer laptop with Win XP Pro SP1 installed using IE v 6.
She logs into the domain at work and into the computer (locally) at home.
The problem happens on the domain and off the domain.

In OWA, if you open a received email and click "reply" a IE box pops up and
doesn't fill in with the expected email details etc...

I also get the error:
"Runtime Error Line 238 Class not registered"

On top of that when the user is logged into hotmail she can't open
attachments. The same IE box opens but there is no data in it??? Strange.

Note she doesn't have any popup killers installed.

Any ideas??
