OWA 2003 & Vista can't reply

On Vista pc's, OWA will not allow the users to type in the message body if
they are reply to or forwarding a message. A red X in a box in the corner
of the message body. I'm using Exchange 2003 and IE 7.

I have do not have a Vista pc with IE 6 to try but OWA works with XP and IE
7. Any suggestions?
