Can't reply to emails using OWA

Hi, I have a user who can reply to messages using Outlook OK but not using OWA
She's on an Acer laptop with Win XP Pro SP1 installed. She logs into the
domain at work and into the computer (locally) at home. The problem happens
on the domain and off the domain.

In OWA, if you open a received email and click "reply" a IE box pops up and
doesn't fill in with the expected email details etc...

I also get the error:
"Runtime Error Line 238 Class not registered"

On top of that when the user is logged into hotmail she can't open
attachments. The same IE box opens but there is no data in it??? Strange.

Any ideas??

Does this user have a pop-up blocker installed? Does disabling it in OWA
sessions still produce the same results?

Nup, no popup killer or the like. The new IE page is popping up when you hit
reply but it's got no data in it > it's blank

Exactly the same thing happens when you open attachments in hotmail.

I was thinking a reinstall of windows might be the next step but I don't
want to do that if I can get away with it.
