User cannot print

Windows XP Pro...One user cannot print to a local printer. When you log off
or reboot, the print jobs are printed. I have replaced the printer and the
printer cable.

Any other user can print with no problems. Only this one user has problems
printing. Your help is appreciated.

Is there any error message or the jobs just go to the queue and are not
submitted to the device? How is the local printer attached to the computer?
