USB problem

Hello. I am currently working on a dell dimension 8250 and
after reformatting the hard drive and reloading XP my USB
Controller in the device manager has a yellow question. I
can't seem to find the driver for this on the resource cd.
Any suggestions?
 
You'll need to load the motherboard chipset drivers. You should be able to
find them at Dell's website.
