usb printing

I have to add an USB printer to my configuration, but the PnP does not
function and in the port list I can't see the USB pot.

I'm sure the USB port is functioning because I have a smartcard reader
conected and if I connect an USB storage device I see it.

Does anybody know why I can't see the USB port in the available printer port
list?

Added "USB Printing Support" component to your image ?
Is "Printer Port" and "Printer Port Logical Interface" Components part of
your image ?

Yes, yes and yes!

All these components are part of my image but nothing happens.

Moreover if I use the parallel port the printer is automatically added at
the configuration.

Any other idea?

Unfortunately didn't remember all steps ...
But let's get ahead:
I've also
"Core unidrv", "Local Printing Support" and "ICM: SRGB IEC 61966-2,1"
I remember the last one is just convenience, the printerinstallation fails
if
you don't have it.

Also have these ?

The release notes say add Primitive: Win32spl component for USB printing.

Unfortunately yes I have also these, but thanks to the message of Frustrated
(below) I found the missing components and now all is ok!

It was the missing component.
Just I don't understand why there was any error or warning when I checked
for dependencies.
