USB optical mouse

Hi, My old optical mouse started playing up a couple of weeks ago, so I
bought a new one thinking that the old one must be on its way out.

Unfortunatly, when I plug it in, I can't get it to work. It lights up ok,
but I am unable to move the cursor and the right click doesn't work.

I would appreciate any helpful suggestions.

Hello,

Try the mouse on another computer such as a desktop or laptop. If it doesn't
work there as well, you have a defective mouse and need to exchange it.

Hi, Thanks for the prompt reply, unfortunatly, I don't have access to another
PC, so I guess I will have to buy another mouse and hope that this will solve
the problem.
