USB joystick with gameport rudder pedals

I just purchased a usb joystick and still want to use my
gameport rudder pedals. But Win2000 automatically
disconnects anything connected to the gameport as soon as
it detects the usb joystick.

According to the CH products you can use both. How can I
configure Win2000 to allow the pedals and the usb joystick?

Hi Josh,

By disconnecting do you mean the device is removed (or reporting "Not
Connected") from the list of installed devices in the Game Controller
control panel, or can you only see one device in a particular game? If the
gameport device is actually going "Not Connected" what kind of soundcard do
you have? Is there more than one gameport listed in Device Manager? If there
is then try disabling it in the BIOS if it is on the motherboard.
Just so you are aware though many games will only use the device on ID1.
You can check what ID your devices are on by clicking the Advanced... button
in the Game Controllers control panel. Did your configuration work under a
previous OS like Windows 98? Let me know if you need more information.
