USB Driver Problem

Hi, I'm running on a Dell Dimension 3000 on Windows XP Home with SP2
installed. The following shows up in my Device Manager for Universal
Serial Bus controllers:

Intel(R) 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24D2
Intel(R) 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24D4
Intel(R) 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24DE
Intel(R) 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24DD

However, all of them currently have the "Yellow Exclamation Sign" icon
flagging a problem. Here is the message:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may
be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

I have tried looking far and wide trying to reinstall/update the
driver, and I mean EVERYWHERE. Windows Update also will not update the
driver.

I've gone to BIOS, disabled the onboard USB, re-enabled it, and the
problem still exists. I've also manually uninstalled all the drivers,
restarted, and even though it appears the drivers are reinstalled on
restart, the same driver problem still exists.

If you are that desperate try below - register/sign-up and post your
question.
Very helpful lot the last time I used them when I needed current drivers and
the MS update screwed everything(I know better now)

Is there an utility cdrom that came with the Dell system? The
USB drivers should be located there. If not, search the Dell
website.

I do not have my Dell Driver CD anymore, and the website does not give
me any USB related drivers.

I do not see an 'Enhanced USB Host controller' in the list.
Are they all USB1 then?
Did you post your problem on Everything USB?
Do you know the make of the Mobo in your Dell?

Use the device manager to uninstall all the USB hardware and
then reboot. It will all be detected again as new hardware
and drivers installed.

It looks like I messed up a printer install, then had USB issues.
Removed all three root hubs per the HP site and expected the USB would
be detected. Nope, XP is trying but the drivers aren't loading and
telling XP to look for them bombs out. Reinstalling the usb.inf dosn't
do anything either. Am trying to avoid an XP re-load.

Any suggestions for finding and reloading the USB hub to the System?
