You want a solution - but none has been given here as yet and that is why
suggestions are being made that you look further afield.
When I had usb probs I was given that link to everything usb - and I got my
solution.
Nobody had the solution in the hardware group - posting in this general
group I would say, shortened your odds against you.

Certainly - help of any kind is accepted or ignored.

But posting a genuine email address without any effort to munge it is a
fullhardy practice, certainly in newsgroups, which are gleaned by spammers.
Luck can and does play a part in some solutions:-)
