USB Device - Exclamation mark

When i look at the device manager, i see the usb device has a yellow
exclamation mark. how could i solve this.

Its very simple, u dont have either Plug and Play Support
or problem with the resources.
Let me know what exactly is that USB Device ???

I have a sagar / iconcepts 4 port usb hub. When connected, it displays a
yellow exclmation . but the drives connected to that port works. Something
strange

A similar thing happens with my 128MB flash disk. It never works at 1st
plug... I have to unplug and replug it in order for windows to identify the
USB device correctly. Sounds like a USB 1.x "feature" (the spec says it's
USB 1.1 or 1.2)... It also works if it's plugged before windows boots...
