USB CABLE LINKING

I would like to take files from my XP laptop and copy them
to my 2k desktop. My Genesys USB cable does not work from
either side. Help

Did you install the Genesys driver on both computers? Does the
Genesys driver offer any diagnostics?

Make sure you install the drivers on both sides.
