Urgent!

Hi All!
My computer on start showing me a warning as the file:
HCWUTL32.DLL is missing. Can any one care to tell
me where to find this file or download it from somewhere.
I guess the file has something to do with Win TV or the
resolution of the desktop, because both are awful now.
Please help...

This looks to be part of your video driver so you'll need to reinstall the

A quick remark about good posting:

- Compose a meaningful header in order to attract the attention
of those respondents who are familiar with the subject.

- Don't try to jump the queue and declare a national emergency
unless you are really in the jam. I fail to see what's urgent
about a warning message.
