Urgent: choice between Hp 3670 and Epson Photo Perfection 1670

Hello,

I would like to ask your help about the choice of a scanner. I need a
very quick scanner with the special tray for scans of negatives:
possibility of doing more than one scan with each pass would also be
good. I couldn't care less for resolution as long as it is at least
1200 dpi.
Epson Photo Perfection 1670 has all this, but it is quite costly.
I know nearly nothing about about Hp 3670, apart form the fact that it
also comes with the tray and is way more cheap (about one half of the
price). Is it as fast as Epson Photo Perfection 1670? Can it acquire
more than a scan with each pass? Which scanner do you suggest for me?
I would be very grateful if you could reply soon to this post,since I
am quite in a hurry.

Epson Photo Perfection 1670 has all this, but it is quite costly.

Are you serious? It's less than $100.
