URGENT - auto install new hardware (usb stick)

Hy!
My problem is the following: on my XPE system when I plug an usb mass
storage device, a new hardware found wizard apears, and I have to
click next, bla bla, to install the device. In an older version of XPE
that I had, I did not have to do that. So I guess it's a component
that I forgot to add.
Is there a component that auto installs a new device, if the drivers
are in windows, without the appearence of the found new hardware
wizard window?
Please help, it's kind off urgent!

It is vise versa - there is a component that brings in that GUI - New Hardware Wizard.
If you remove "Add Hardware Control Panel" component from your image (more specifically, the newdev.dll library) you won't see the
UI.
