uploading photos to web

I am trying to upload photos to a secure web site. The
instructions say open My DOcuments, then open the folder
containing the picture I want to publish. No problem.
Then it says to click on picture (OK) and under FILE AND
FOLDER TASKS, click Publish this file to the we.

I cannot locate File & Folder Tasks. Cannot move bveyond
clicking on the photo I want to upload.
Suggestions?

When you use My Computer and open a folder to see the files you want, you
should see File and Folder Tasks on the left of the displayed files.
What do you see there? A list of your drives and folders on your computer?
If so, click on the yellow folder on your top bar. This will change the
display on the left from Folders to Tasks.
