Upgrading to XP Pro from XP Home SP2

I get a message that the XP Home SP2 is newer version than my XP Pro upgrade
disk. And if I contintue to install it will create a new copy of XP on my
system.

I perfer to upgrade to XP Pro keeping my installed software settings.

Is there a way I can do this?

There are two ways:
1. Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall SP-2 before upgrading.
2. Slipstream SP-2 in Windows XP Pro:
