Upgrade Win XP Home SP2 to Win XP Pro SP1

I want to upgrade my New Computer from Win XP Home SP2 to Win XP Pro SP1. I
have a WIN XP Pro (SP1) upgrade disk. I have used this on another computer
before, however I have reformated the computer and installed Windows 2000.
When I installed SP2 on the new computer, I did not tell it to save the
unistall information. Therefore, I can not unistall SP2 on the new computer
to install the 'older version' of Windows XP. Can I do this under the user
rights agreement? What are my options to complete this upgrade?

As long as you've removed XP Pro from the other computer you
are free to transfer it to your new computer.

The first thing you need to do is create a new XP Pro
installation CD that includes SP2. The process is called
"slipstreaming". Take a look here for more information.

How to use AutoStreamer to slipstream SP2

Here are some of the files you'll need to obtain in order to
follow this procedure:

Windows XP Service Pack 2 Network Installation Package for IT
Professionals and Developers

AutoStreamer 1.0.33

For more information on the procedure simply google "slipstream
SP2 into Windows XP.

Good luck
