Upgrading Home Edition to Professional

One Handed Man \( OHM - Terry Burns \)

I'm thinking about buying a new compaq PC, only problem is that it comes
with the home edition on it. However, I do have a full version WindowsXP
professional as part of my Microsoft Action Pack.

Does anyone know if this will allow me to upgrade over the top of the home
edition.

Yes, the version of XP included with the Action Pack can be used to
upgrade XP Home to Pro.
