Updates on webpage not showing up!

I made a change to the theme of one page and change some
text in another page but the changes do not show up. I am
using the publish to site option and it goes through
without any error but I don't see the changes. I could
see the changes when I preview the site but not externally
even though I refresh the page. I made sure the page was
link correctly. I spend about 10 hours in these and I
still don't know what's happening.

Please note changes in other webpages work ok.

Provide a URL to the site and some specific changes (on some page) that are not showing up

- Some hosts (and ISPs like AOL) cache the pages on their servers and you may have to wait to see any changes you make
