Can't find webpage on my website

I created a webpage and published it to my website created in Frontpage 2003.
I created the page so that customers can click on the link in an email and
pull up the webpage i'm using as a promo flyer. I keep getting a 404 error.
It's showing up on my file list on my remote server so i'm not sure where I
made my mistake. Thanks for your help. I've double and triple checked
spelling and punct errors in the url address. Thanks for your help.

What is the link to your webpage? How can we know what mistakes are
there in your email? Can you post a snippet of your email where there
is a link to that webpage.
