active x for my webpage

i created an ActiveX control on my visual basic 6 and use it as my activeX
control on my webpage (using MS frontpage). The ActiveX was running normally
on my webpage but when i published that webpage on the internet, my activeX
couldnt see. What was the problem? what should i do?

There have been some changes in the way Active X is rendered, and this was
done via a Windows Update...
