Update won't work both for me

I've installed,reinstalled,uninstalled,re-downloaded, but still my signature
is 1.0.0.0
When I launch the update after 5-6 minutes it tell "found no new definition
or engine updates available"
I see that I'm not the only one with this issue. Any fast solution? I can't
stay for long time without updated spyware software

I have the same problem. I tried the resolution suggested in KB915105, but it
does not seem to resolve the situation.

Did you get any error message when you tried the steps in KB915105?

If you go to Windows Update, do an express scan, and accept all offered
updates, does that get you up to date?

I should have read back in the thread before responding.

I would not expect KB 915105 to fix a 1.0.0 definition situation.

Go to Windows Update.
