Defender Wont update signatures

Defender Wont update signatures.
Tried the following steps already:

1). followed all steps in KB915105
2) Downloaded Windows Installer Cleanup Utility

Windows defender now states:
Windows Defender Version: 1.1.1051.0
Engine Version: 1.1.1185.0
Signature Version: 1.0.0.0

I have also uninstalled Defender, then did a complete shut down and reboot
and re-installed the software.
Any reccomendations?

Hello G Schmidt-Krohn,

did you try:
Goto: Start/Control Panel/Add-Remove programs/Windows Defender
then click on support info!!!
Then click on repair!
